The Low Country Boil is a signature offering that combines large shrimp, Andouille sausage, corn on the cob, and seasoned potatoes cooked live onsite. Served with cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and butter, this dish is perfect for outdoor events where guests can mingle while enjoying fresh seafood straight from the pot.
Entrées & Sides
For dinner service we offer either a buffet of our signature items or, for groups of 50 people or less, we can accommodate plated and served dinners. Both options include salad, bread, sides and dessert. Some of our delicious dinner options include etouffee, jambalaya, penne alfredo, crabcakes, cedar plank salmon or beef London broil.
